The eye-catching restaurant became one of Rio’s sensational addresses by competently imitating American diners — addresses that open non-stop for breakfast, brunch or a quick meal at any time of the day.
On the menu, you can’t miss the steak egg tonnato (R$54). The temptation brings together slices of pink fillet mignon covered in a balanced tuna sauce, as well as cracked eggs and naturally fermented bread.
Another recipe with a brunch soul that stands out is called beluga (R$54). In it, a slice of brioche bread arrives at the table covered in bacon, shrimp, poached egg, roe and a rich and well-executed hollandaise sauce.
The kitchen also prepares russ (R$56). The base is the latke — fried grated potato dumpling, of Jewish origin, reminiscent of potato rosti. The recipe comes layered with guacamole, smoked salmon and poached egg.

From noon to 5pm — the restaurant is not open at night — eight main lunch dishes are on display. Among them, it is worth trying the stroganoff with white rice and crispy potatoes (R$ 60) and the sautéed rice with an oriental flavor enhanced with shrimp, tofu, egg, peanuts and nori seaweed (R$ 66).
In addition to brunch drinks such as mimosa, bellini, kir royale and bloody mary, the drinks section includes nostalgic milkshakes blended with cream ice cream and finished with whipped cream, such as strawberry and Nutella (R$28).
