On the morning of April 15, Binance and several other crypto services encountered a large -scale failure. The platforms suspended the work, but by 12:00 Moscow time the functionality was partially restored, writes RBC Crypto.

Binance was the first to report on the problems of individual services against the background of a temporary network failure in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) DATA central center: part of the operations on the trading platform were processed with errors. The cryptocurrency officer said that she was working with AWS to eliminate the problem and temporarily suspended the withdrawal of funds “for security purposes”.

Binance later announced the restoration of the platform: the withdrawal of funds is available again, but some of the services can work with delays until the system is completely stabilized. Binance said they were monitoring the situation.

At the same time, the AWS exchange of Kucoin reported on the background of a large -scale AWS malfunction. The company announced temporary interruptions in the work of the platform and noted that all the assets of users are safe.

The AWS failure also affected the MexC exchange: the site team reported problems with graphs, abolition of orders and transfers of assets on the spot. Futures trade is not affected. Users promised compensation for possible losses caused by a failure.

In addition, Rabby Wallet was notified of limited availability. The service team said that he would actively monitor the situation and restore work as soon as possible. Balance and user assets are not affected.

The failure also touched the popular Debank analytical crypto service. The project said that his work has so far been suspended, and the team is monitoring the situation and restoring the operation as soon as possible.
