Spotlight on Critics' Choice Awards 2024. After the very recent awards ceremonies of Golden Globes, as usual, it is the turn of the Los Angeles event, which this year too has brought together a wealth of stars from great cinema on the red carpet of the Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel. If at the Golden Globes, when it came to hair, waves dominated in all their shapes and textures, the winners here were the crops. See the low tails of Billie Eilish And Brie Larsonthe sophisticated chignon of Emily Bluntthe romantic one of Emma Stone, the version with fringe of Christina Ricci, and, again, the wavy crops of Margot Robbie and Rosamund Pike, and the semi-harvest of Dua Lipa. On the styling side there is a certain degree flipped-maniawith bobs with a retro look rigorously worked with upturned tips.
The make-up front has given its satisfactions, focusing on the seduction of doe eyelashes – you see Jennifer Aniston -, but also on the magnetic elegance of expertly created shades – read Elizabeth Debicki -.
