Argentina’s vice president, Cristina Kirchner, will file a complaint this Monday (5th) in the case that investigates the attack she suffered last Thursday (2nd), according to confirmation by Gregorio Dalbón, a of your lawyers.
Dalbón made the statements both to the official news agency Télam and to various local media in reference to the case being investigated by judge María Eugenia Capuchetti and prosecutor Carlos Rívolo.
In addition, he referred to the note published by the newspaper Página 12, which maintains that the technical expertise of Fernando Sabag’s cell phone had failed in the task of retrieving information, which is at risk of being lost.
In this sense, he assured that, if irregularities are proven, those responsible will be accused of “aggravated negligence and cover-up”.
According to Télam, based on judicial sources, the cell phone that Sabag was carrying suffered a reset when experts tried to extract information, so it could be impossible to access this fundamental evidence for the investigation.
However, the same body clarifies that there are conflicting versions between the court and the security forces that participated in the expert reports.
THE CNN did not independently confirm what was reported over the phone and tried to contact the Argentine Federal Police and sources close to the investigation for comment, to no avail.
