The entrepreneur Leandro D’Lucca 41, the husband of Cleo Pires 41, revealed that he was left with sequelae after falling off a skateboard and having head trauma and internal bleeding in June. He said, this Saturday (6), that the side effect of a medicine he takes — an anti-convulsant — is forgetting words.
“Some people will notice that I am speaking and that sometimes I get stuck, or sometimes I get confused when speaking. This is a consequence of the accident. […] Sometimes I’m talking and stuff, and then you forget the word, there’s a bug in the system, but that’s normal, everything’s fine,” he added on Instagram.
When he had the accident, businessman was admitted to the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) at the Samaritano hospital in São Paulo, before being transferred to a room. In total, he was hospitalized for 12 days.
He also showed, on Instagram, the stitches he had on the left side of his forehead. “I suffered a head injury with internal bleeding from the blow, but I’ve already left the ICU. The dangerous situation has passed, I’m being well looked after. I’m with my family and everything is fine,” said Cleo’s husband at the time.
