The amount made available to the announcement should cover up to 25% of the cost of the works of old enterprises, the program’s largest investment so far.
Real estate listed for participation in retrofit should allocate 60% of the units for housing projects aimed at families with income of up to one and six minimum wages. In some properties that have already passed Retrofit, previously, the rentals are around R $ 1,500 for apartments near Praça da República, for example.

In a news conference, Ricardo Nunes listed that in addition to the revitalization of buildings, other actions have already allowed a “great improvement”.
