The singer Christina Aguilera 43, revealed that she will release a new album in English, after her last three projects were in Spanish, including the 2022 album “Aguilera”. In addition to mentioning that her next release is coming, the artist said that she is “hoarding music”.
The confession was made in an interview with Glamour, which celebrated the 25th anniversary of her first song: “Genie in a Bottle”. Regarding her next album, Aguilera also said: “I’m actually dying to release it. I just haven’t had the time.”
During the chat, Christina also recalled the beginning of her career and spoke of “gratitude”. “Grateful because it opened doors for me. After 25 years, I’m very proud of it. I think sustaining anything for a long period of time requires a lot of work, dedication and passion. There are many elements that contribute to being able to build something”, she mentioned.
Currently, the singer of hits such as “Hurt” and “Beautiful” is on tour and, this weekend, she will perform in Japan. At the end of the month, she will head to the United States, where she will perform two shows in Las Vegas.
