Clare Ferragni succumbed to the temptation to Photoshop? At least according to the digital entrepreneur’s 29 million followers, many of whom pointed the finger at the last post Instagram of the social media star. A post that comes directly from Morocco, where Chiara Ferragni is at the moment. From there, she posted a costumed photo of her that has already been making the rounds on the web. The reason? According to some users, the lower back would be retouched.

«First swim of the season» she wrote in the caption of the post. But the followers focused only on one detail: the B side. Up to «Think… photoshopped». A clear reference to the manifesto dress worn during the first evening of the Sanremo Festival: a black Dior dress complete with a white shawl and the words «Pensati libera».
That was an invitation and a message from the entrepreneur to all women so that they are not slaves to labels, schemes and prejudices. In reality it is not clear at all whether the photo has actually been modified or not. No comments, at the moment, from Chiara Ferragni. Yet the followers can only compare this photo to that shawl proudly sported on the Ariston stage. After all, that accessory with a message has gone viral and iconic. On the web it has become a meme with lots of disparate messages, from “Think poor” to Selvaggia Lucarelli who relaunched it with a “Bossetti libero”. Up to trade unionist Eliana Como, who used it for political ends. In fact, the exponent of Fiom used it against Giorgia Meloni at the CGIL congress in Rimini, showing off the now famous shawl with the words “Meloni think unwelcome”. A sign that Chiara Ferragni’s manifesto has not gone unnoticed even by politics.
