Chery has finally announced the third generation Chery QQ hatchback, showing real photos of the car.
The new car is dubbed the Chery QQ Ice Cream, as well as an all-electric powertrain, the specifications of which have not been disclosed. In China, the car will arrive later this year and will compete directly with the Wuling HongGuang Mini EV, which for several months in a row tops the list of the best-selling electric vehicles in the country.

The original Chery QQ model came out in 2003, it almost completely copied the Daewoo Matiz car, but due to the price it became very popular. The second generation, already with the original design, came out in 2013, but the car was sold only in China.
Chery QQ Ice Cream will receive a body with three doors and very small wheels, while the front will have LED daytime running lights of the original shape, which will be duplicated on the taillights. Chinese media reports that the vehicle will be available in seven colors. The features of the car include remote access from a smartphone, as well as the Chery iCar ecosystem with various online services.

The photographs show that the front bumper is covered with a film that does not allow you to see the entire design of the car.
