In the afternoon of this Thursday (16), the Chamber started the agenda of the extraordinary deliberative session, in which deputies can vote this Wednesday on the Refis bill (payment of tax debts) for medium and large companies.
Also on the agenda is a Refis project for Simples companies and Individual Microentrepreneurs (MEIs) affected by the economic effects of the covid-19 pandemic.
In addition, lawmakers can analyze a bill that regulates the charging of the difference in the rate of the Tax on the Circulation of Goods and Provision of Services (ICMS), called Difal.
The collection of Difal was established by Constitutional Amendment No. 87, which entered into force in 2015. However, the Federal Supreme Court (STF) suspended the procedure this year on understanding that it would need to be regulated by means of a complementary law.
