The reality show The House of Artists was one of SBT’s biggest hits. First shown in 2001, the program was responsible for surpassing the audience of competing channels, such as TV Globo.
With a format similar to Big Brother, the attraction developed by Silvio Santos, died this Saturday at the age of 93, confined 12 celebrities in a mansion in São Paulo, located in the Morumbi neighborhood.
During the first edition, Barbara Peace was the big winner. Supla who had an affair with the actress inside the house, finished second, while the model Mari Alexandre came in third place.
In addition to them, the program had in its cast Alessandra Scatena, Leandro Lehart, Marco Mastronelli, Núbia Oliver, Nana Gouvêa, Taiguara Nazareth, Mateus Carrieri, Alexandre Frota and Patrícia Coelho. (check out how all the participants are doing in the gallery above)
