In both programs, beneficiaries can move the amounts through the Caixa Tem application. It is not necessary to go to an agency to make the withdrawal.
If you wish to withdraw the money, the beneficiary must go to self-service terminals, lottery houses and Caixa Aqui correspondents — in addition to Caixa branches.
It is also possible to use the Auxílio Brasil card to make purchases at commercial establishments through the debit function.
