Realme has already unveiled the 9i as well as two Pro models in the series, but has yet to announce the standard version of the Realme 9. The phone will reportedly be available in two flavors with 4G and 5G connectivity, just like last year’s Realme 8 and 8 5G.
As reported by 91mobiles, citing an insider, the Realme 9 5G will have a display with a high refresh rate of 144Hz. The source posted a marketing image that confirms this information, and also states that the variable frequency can have seven values.
Since this is a budget device, it is expected to have an IPS panel and not OLED. It is also reported that Realme 9 5G will be equipped with a Dimensity 810 single-chip system, 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of flash memory, as well as a 5000 mAh battery.
