J-Hope, superstar of the k pop and member of BTS, made history as the first South Korean singer to headline the Lollapalooza Festival in Chicago, United States.
The singer closed the festival in epic fashion, appearing from inside a box on the stage of Chicago’s Grant Park, provoking shouts and applause among the more than 150 thousand spectators.
The audience rapped and sang songs from J-Hope’s new solo album, as well as some hits from BTS.
However, the most acclaimed moment of the night was when J-Hope performed the theme Chicken Noodle Soup Along with Becky G, who at the end of the presentation, dedicated some beautiful words to him.

J-Hope’s performance lasted just over an hour, during which time he performed the songs: MORE, Pandora’s Box, baseline, Cypher Pt1, Hangsang, POP, Equal Sign, stop, Blueside, safety zone, What If…, Arson, music box, Dynamite (Tropical), Daydream, Ego Y Chicken Noodle Soupto name a few.
However, J-Hope wasn’t the only South Korean to perform at Lollapalooza. The group Tomorrow X Together (TXT) also performed on stage; in fact, she was in charge of opening the presentation of the BTS member.
