The first performance of the series of Bruno Mars in Brazil takes place this Tuesday (1st). In addition to the benefit concert, the artist will make 14 other performances in five Brazilian cities. In his setlist, he should include hits from his three studio albums and some hits from Silk Sonic his duo with Anderson Paak .
As mentioned, the 1st show will be a benefit and more intimate and will take place at the Tokio Marine Hall, in São Paulo. In support of Rio Grande do Sul, affected by heavy rains at the end of April, the presentation, which raised R$ 1 million, will be exclusive to donors of a campaign carried out by Ação da Cidadania, i.e. tickets were not sold for this pocket show.
Last week, Bruninho, as he is known to his fans, created a playlist with his favorite songs from his discography for the Brazilian tour, giving indications of what we can expect in his setlist.
The compilation of hits was shared on his official Spotify profile, where he stands out as the 3rd most listened to artist in the world. In total, 27 songs were selected, which span different phases of his career.
In addition to classics from his debut album such as “Talking to the Moon” and “Count on Me”, songs from his other albums also stand out such as “24K Magic” and “Finesse”.
Two songs from Silk Sonic are also present, in addition to the song “Gorilla”, which is not usually sung in their performances and which is often requested by Brazilian fans.
“Die With a Smile” his most recent release in partnership with Lady Gaga was not included in the playlist, however, the singer performed the single in some of his most recent shows and is expected to sing the song in Brazil.
