The expectation, according to CNN is that a KC-390 plane takes off from São Paulo with rescue technicians and food packages.
According to reports made by presidential advisers, 30 Brazilian professionals should be sent to help in the search for survivors of the tragedy.
The group should include firefighters and doctors from São Paulo, Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo. First-aid kits and search equipment must also be sent.
The tremors left thousands dead, injured and homeless. They were the strongest in a century in the region.
The confirmed death toll in both countries was already over 5,000. The number of buildings that collapsed in Turkey alone has surpassed 5,600.
According to the United States Geological Survey, at least 75 aftershocks measuring 4.0 degrees or greater on the Richtero Scale occurred after the first quake.
