Border tsar says that deported by mistake will be arrested if he turns to the US

The White House border tsar, Tom Homan, said on Tuesday that if Maryland’s man deported by mistake for El Salvador to return to the United States, he will be “detained and removed again.”

“Now, the court said we have to make it easier. We will make it easier, but El Salvador has full authority over it again, a terrorist threat,” Tom Homan told Fox News on Kilmar Armando Abrago Garcia.

“Now, if he returns somehow and it happens, he will be arrested and removed again. He is a member of the MS-13 gang, based on our information and information from El Salvador. He will be detained and deported,” Homan added without providing details about this information.

The United States could legally send Vugo Garcia to another country if he returns to the United States. Speak Garcia, Citizen Salvadorenho, entered illegally in the US around 2011, but an immigration judge in 2019, after analyzing the evidence, suspended its removal. This meant that he could not be deported to El Salvador, but could be deported to another country.

Homan’s comments were made after SalvadoRenho President Nayib Bukele telling reporters at the Oval Hall on Monday (15), who, although he has the power to free Garcia, his government does not “love to release terrorists” detained in his country.

American authorities claimed that Abrego Garcia is a member of the MS-13 gang, which the Trump government has classified as a foreign terrorist organization. His lawyers, however, dispute the allegation and at least one federal judge expressed skepticism.
