One person died and five others are missing after a boat wreck near St. Lucie Inlet, on the southeast coast of Florida, in the United States, authorities said on Sunday (13).
Four people were rescued from the vessel, which was approximately 35 kilometers from the Florida coast, reported the Martin County Fire Department on social network X.
The US Coast Guard was on Site of A Capsized Vessel, Located 22 Miles Offshore, Just Before 10 AM.
5 Occupants Were Located, 1 of Whom Was Deceated. 4 WERE TRANSPORTED FOR FURTHER EVALUATION.

The US coastal guard is looking for five other people who are still missing.
A person aboard the vessel said that the wreck occurred on Friday (11), said the seventh US Coast Guard district in X.
The Coast Guard began the rescue mission on Sunday (13), after a “good Samaritan report the case”.
The four rescued survivors were transported by helicopter to Cleveland South Hospital in Stuart, Florida, for further evaluation.
One patient suffered serious injuries, the Martin County Fire Department said.
