Blue Cedar: Without the right to pay dividends, the shares on A.A. from 7/9

Without the right to pay dividends they will be traded on the A.H.E. from Wednesday 07.09.2022, which was set as the cut-off date for the right to participate in the dividend, the shares of the company BLUE KEDROS, as announced today by the listed company.

Beneficiaries of the dividend are those registered in the records of the Intangible Securities System (S.A.T.) managed by the “Hellenic Central Securities Depository Company”, on Thursday 09.08.2022 (“Record date”).

The dividend will start to be paid on Monday 12.09.2022, through the paying bank “Optima Bank SA.” (paying bank), based on the data that EL.K.A.T. will provide to the above paying bank. and/or the Stock Exchange, as defined in the stock market legislation and the regulations of the Stock Exchange and in particular:

A. Through the Participants of the beneficiaries in the S.A.T. (Banks and Brokerage Firms), in accordance with the applicable Regulations of EL.K.A.T. and its relevant decisions.

B. Especially in the cases of dividend payment to heirs of deceased beneficiaries whose titles are held in the Special Account of their Share in S.A.T., under the management of ATHEXCSD, the dividend payment process will be carried out after the completion of the legalization of the heirs , through the “OPTIMA BANK AE” network, for five (5) years from the date of payment. Dividends that will not be collected within five (5) years are time-barred in favor of the Greek State.

According to article 31 of Law 2778/1999, as applicable, the distributed dividends of AEEAP are exempt from withholding tax.

It is noted that the Ordinary General Meeting of the company’s shareholders on 02.09.2022 decided to distribute a dividend for the 2021 fiscal year in the amount of €0.0824 per share.
