Prosecutors of the Specialized Operating Group on Combating Organized Crime (Gaeco/MPRJ) served, on Monday (14), three search and seizure warrants against a Woman investigated for involvement in the deaths of José Luiz de Barros Lopes, known as Zé Personal, and Jocimar Soares de Oliveira, PH murdered in 2011 in the context of territorial dispute for the animal game.
Zé Personal was married to Shanna Garcia, granddaughter of Miro Garcia and daughter of Waldomiro Paes Garcia, Maninho, traditional figures in the misdemeanor in Rio de Janeiro.
According to the Public Prosecution Service, the investigated, who was not named, would have active in the gathering of information about the victims, who were later executed by members of the extermination group known as the “Crime Office”.
Investigations point out the involvement of names already known to the authorities, such as Adriano Magalhães da Nóbrega, Captain Adriano, and Luiz Carlos Felipe Martins, the ear, both deceased. The crime was allegedly ordered by bicheiro Bernardo Bello, currently fugitive from justice.
The investigations also revealed the investigated connection with Leonardo Gouvêa da Silva, Mad, another member of the criminal group. Identification was possible from data shared by the Federal Police International Cooperation Center (NCI/SR/PF) and the intersection of information made by the Special Cyber Intelligence Division of the MPRJ Safety and Intelligence Coordination (CSI/MPRJ).
The demarches, authorized by the 2nd Criminal Court of the District of the Capital, had the support of CSI/MPRJ and were held in properties located in the neighborhoods of Marechal Hermes and Quintino Bocaiúva, in the north of Rio.
