Rodriguinho's statements at Big Brother Brasil (BBB) 2024 in the early hours of this Saturday (13) generated a stir – negative – among internet users. Some excerpts from the conversation that the singer had with other brothers in the leader's room are circulating on social media.
In one clipping, he talks to Lucas Pizane about David : “David has nothing, he’s just an ordinary guy from Bahia. (…) A guy from Bahia already had you, why another one like you?”
Another excerpt shows Vinicius claiming to have the same tastes and style as her sister Isabelle It is Rodriguinho responds: “Do you like beef bumbá too? (…) That’s all she says.”
The statements did not please some internet users, who accused the singer of xenophobia.

At another point, the brothers started talking about Yasmin Brunet's appearance. Nizam was the one who started the topic and asked their opinion about the model's body.

On Friday (12), Rodriguinho stated that he had many years of career to have to worry about his image outside the house.
“I have a 35-year career (…) I don’t need to say that, my career abroad is great. I don't need to say that. When I talk about 35 years, these three months are not going to define my life.”
