BBB 24 participant Lucas Henrique has already been summoned to court for registering a child by mistake. The story was told on the TV program “What is this story, Porchat?”. Watch the video below.
The story received new attention this Tuesday (16) after presenter Fábio Porchat republished the video of Lucas' participation in his program.
“Two reais or a mysterious son? hahaha As Vasco residents don’t have a day of peace, before going to BBB, leader Lucas told a curious story on my program”, wrote the presenter in the caption.
Lucas says he had been married for a month when he received a call from his wife screaming and swearing at him. “I hung up the phone on her. It was not a good choice.”
He only came to understand later that he had received a court summons asking him to register a child as his son. “The subpoena was to recognize the paternity of a child. Well… I had been married for a month, having been dating for seven years.”
Despite not recognizing the woman who was suing him and not even remembering getting anyone pregnant, he went to the court hearing and tried to argue with the judge, who didn't believe him.
The situation was only resolved when the woman who was suing him also arrived at the hearing and said that she didn't recognize Lucas Henrique either.
The man she was looking for, according to her brother, had the same name as him, which caused confusion in court.
