AvtoVAZ announced the creation of a new multimedia system EnjoY Pro for Lada. The complex supports integration with smartphones via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and works on the basis of Yandex.Auto. This was reported by the press service of the domestic automaker.
For example, AvtoVAZ said that EnjoY Pro is a new generation system that is able to quickly study the user’s preferences in order to create a musical selection or pave the desired route. The multimedia complex has an 8-inch HD-screen with a bright IPS matrix and an Arkamys surround sound system. In addition, the automaker said the system will be periodically updated to add new features and improve “old” capabilities.
The advantage of the multimedia system is that it starts immediately after the driver opens the door with the key fob. That is, EnjoY Pro will be completely ready at the start of the trip. The complex is turned off not with a turn of the key, but after opening the driver’s door so that you can listen to the track or recommendations on the route.
The main control panel is located on the steering wheel: the tools allow you to answer a call, switch a track, change the music source and adjust the sound level. However, these same parameters can be changed using the voice assistant.
According to the press service, EnjoY Pro has a versatile ecosystem. Thus, the complex has combined the three most popular and functional programs: Yandex.Auto, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The user will be able to independently choose the system to which he is accustomed.
The automaker also said that when developing the multimedia complex, special attention was paid to safety. Thus, the system is equipped with rear-view cameras with dynamic parking guidelines, which allow the driver to confidently maneuver in reverse. Also, EnjoY Pro is able to warn of danger using special signals.
Olivier Mornet, Executive Vice President for Marketing and Sales of AvtoVAZ JSC, said that the company always pays special attention to the technical equipment of LADA vehicles. At the moment, these are the only car manufacturers in Russia that have presented a multimedia system with built-in Yandex services.
The lineup of LADA cars, for which the new complex will be available, will be announced later by the company to announce the start of sales and pricing policy. Supposedly, the surcharge for the new generation EnjoY Pro will be 28,000 rubles.
