Marco Masiero's cocktails

The bar manager Marco Masiero and the head bartender Dario Baturi they created a cocktail menu
which reflects the same innovative philosophy of the kitchen. Their drinks, divided into “volumes”, are inspired by
themes that unite Japan and Peru. The Nikkei mixing style is found in the ingredients of the
signature cocktailwhich largely unite different types of sake to traditional South American spirits, starting naturally with pisco. An excellent opportunity to approach the world of sake through familiar flavours, in a balanced and original mix that combines East and West in every recipe. Like in Kodama Piscucocktails based on pisco, vodka, Kodakara Dry Ginger sake and cucumber cordial or theOkazaki Negroni, with eucalyptus gin, Japanese bitters, reserve bitters, vermouth and Konishi Kokuagari sake. The menu will change in mid-June.
