An application driver, who did not have a disclosed identity, was caught in the act after killing a passenger The stab wounds during a race, at dawn on Sunday (27), in the east of São Paulo.
According to the Secretariat of Public Security (SSP), the crime occurred around midnight, on Gabriela Mistral Avenue, near the intersection with Avenida Condessa Elizabeth of Robiano, in the Penha de França neighborhood.
According to the police report, a witness said she and the passenger were at a party in the camellia garden and requested a car by app.
Along the way, the driver could not find the destination place, which would have caused a disagreement. At Gabriela Mistral Avenue, the driver stabbed the passenger.
The 27 -year -old victim was rescued to Tatuapé Municipal Hospital, but could not resist his injuries and died at the health unit.
The driver was arrested in the act by agents of the Military Police and sent to the 31st Police District (Vila Carrão), where the case was registered as murder. The vehicle involved in the crime, a gray Ford Ka, was seized.
