A lot can be planned for the wedding ceremony by the man who is about to get married, but the video uploaded to TikTok it is beyond imagination. The groom decided to give another dimension to the phrase “until death do us part” and arrived at the wedding in a coffin! And not only was he… in a horizontal position but he had his friends carry him.
The macabre idea was filmed by a guest before being posted on TikTok, where it went viral. And the groom may have expected rave reviews for his idea, but the reactions were many. “Is it a funeral? No, this is how my friend decided to walk up the steps of the church,” user tobz88 captioned the video, which has garnered more than 8 million views.

The footage shows a hearse approaching the venue where the wedding is planned. Two women and four men, friends of the groom, take it off coffin from the car and carry it to the makeshift altar. Some guests look puzzled, others laugh. A little later the groom jumps out of the coffin and waits for his wife to come. “Tell me you’re dramatic without telling me you’re dramatic,” wrote the person who uploaded the video to TikTok. The groom’s name was not released.

Those who saw the video reacted by calling the groom’s idea “disrespectful”. “I would cancel him Wedding” said one user, while another called the coffin a reason for divorce. Some noted how uncomfortable the guests felt, while several wondered how the bride reacted. “I absolutely have to see her because if she’s not as dramatic as him, then there’s no point!”
