On the sidelines of the Cheboksary Economic Forum, the deputy said that many companies that work with cryptocurrencies are looking forward to legalization in Russia. But, Aksakov warned, operations would begin to be tracked and there would be no “complete freedom”. At the same time, it is quite possible to use cryptocurrencies for international payments. According to Aksakov, a package of laws on the regulation of cryptocurrencies should be adopted in October this year.
