A former US Army Intelligence Officer was sentenced to seven years in prison yesterday, as he provided China confidential information on the US Armed Forces, their weapons and their strategy, as announced by the Trump government ministry. Korbain Schultz, who was arrested in March 2024 on a military base in the eastern part of the country, confessed his guilt in August. Among the documents he handed over to a person “linked” to China were an exhibition of the teachings of the US Armed Forces from the War in Ukraine and could be exploited to defend Taiwan, the island that the Beijing considers a Chinese province and no country.
