Delivery by Amazon (DBA) is available to partner sellers present in more than 1,000 Brazilian cities, 10 states and the Federal District. Launched in October 2021, the program, which started out only available to sellers based in the state of São Paulo, today reaches the Federal District, Paraná, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, Pernambuco, Espírito Santo, Ceará, Bahia and Mato Grosso.
“With the DBA, partner sellers benefit from a network of Amazon partner logistics service providers, who are in charge of collecting at the address chosen by the seller, with lower cost rates and faster deliveries”, explains Ricardo. Garrido, Director of the Amazon Brazil Partner Seller Store. In addition, orders are 100% traceable to customers, who can have free shipping throughout Brazil on purchases over 79 reais.
Registration is quick and easy. With just a few clicks, sellers can count on the service, increasing the attractiveness of their offers and without the need to configure shipping tables. The program helps small companies such as Lyoh, in the field of dehydrated seasonings and seasoned salts: “The DBA program helped us to offer a more attractive shipping condition to our customers and is one of the fundamental tools to offer an excellent delivery service for them. In addition, it has facilitated our internal operation, as the preparation process for shipment is simple, fast and intuitive.”, says Daiana de Souza, partner-director of Lyoh.
