An evening of music in an evocative and breathtaking setting like that of the Terraces of the Milan Cathedral. This is the show staged on Thursday 7 July thanks to the skill and talent of Alessandro Martire which, together with his Waves piano, designed by himself and transported to the top of the monument, made the visit to the lacy spiers of the Duomo unique, thanks to the performance of the music composed by his own hand.
Born in Como on 12 July 1992, Alessandro Martire is a young Italian pianist and composer, graduated in International Science and Politics at the University of Milan, but with a passion for music that burns in him since he was a child. He wrote his first compositions on the piano at the age of 15, demonstrating a growing interest in contemporary classical music innervated by elements derived from pop, minimalist and crossover music until he reached a very personal and refined style.
Martyr, ambassador of Made in Italy in the worldthus adds another piece to the collection of successes and experiences that have seen him protagonist together with his music and his ideas around the most evocative locations of the globe: from his performances on the platform on Lake Como (Floating Moving Concert ), to tours sold out around the world, up to the video presentation of the logo dei Milan Cortina 2026 Olympic Games.
