Alec Baldwin assures that his career ended after the incident with Halyna Hutchin

Nearly ten months after the fatal tragedy rocked the Hollywood film industry after actor Alec Baldwin accidentally shot and killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and critically injured film director Joel Souza on the set of the film rust, The 64-year-old actor has opened up about how the incident has impacted his life.

On August 19, in an interview for CNN, Baldwin narrated that since the fateful tragedy he has lost five jobs and that he has feared for his own safety after former US President Donald Trump publicly declared that he believed that Alec murdered Hutchins on purpose.

Yesterday I got fired from another job. Everything was ready to go to the movies, get on a plane. I had been in talks for months and yesterday they told me that they didn’t want to do the film with me because of that.

Furthermore, the interpreter beetlejuice stated that he would have quit the film industry altogether were it not for the support of his wife, Hilaria Baldwin, who is pregnant with the couple’s seventh child.

If I didn’t have my wife, I don’t know where I would be right now. If I didn’t have her, I probably would have quit, retired, walked away, sold everything she owned. I bought a house in the middle of nowhere and just found something else to do: sell real estate.

The American actor insisted that Hutchins’ death is the “real tragedy”, not his own reputation. He even stated that he even hired a private investigator to try to find out what went wrong.

Though Alec Baldwin said that based on the detective’s investigation, he didn’t think anyone would be criminally charged. Even so, he claims that the stress he has experienced due to the incident has “taken years out of him.” Finally, the actor expressed that he thinks about the death of Halyna Hutchins every day.
