Actor Paulo Hesse died last Tuesday (14), aged 81. He was hospitalized in the city of São Paulo and suffered from Alzheimer’s disease.
The wake will be held next Thursday (16) from 9 am and the burial is scheduled for 1 pm on the same day. The address is Rua Dr. Luiz Migliano, 644, São Paulo.
Theater, film and television artist, Hesse’s last works were in “O Cravo e a Rosa” and “Desejos de Mulher”, as well as “Água na Boca”, from 2008.
Born in the city of Caçapava, in Vale do Paraíba, the artist began his career in theater in 1966, in shows, but achieved fame in the 1970s by acting in many soap operas, teletheaters and films.
In theater, he acted in plays such as “Macbeth”; “The Adventures of Peer Gynt”; “The Miraculous Saint”; “Auto da Compadecida”; “Check Up”; and “Alegro Desbum”.
Hesse debuted in cinema in 1973, and worked on “A Casa das Tentações”; “The Super Female”; “The Sign of Scorpio”; “The Ibrahim of Suburbia”; “The Tree of Sexes”; “Painting Sex”; “The Man from Pau Brasil”; “O Baiano Fantasma” and “Tropical Dreams”.
On social media, professional colleagues spoke out, lamenting Hesse’s death.
