According to the Court of Justice, after the custody hearing on Sunday afternoon (20), the arrest in the act of grandparents was converted into pre -trial detention. THEBeyond the arrested grandparents, the teenager was also taken to give testimony at the 3rd State Center of the Digital Duty.
After being heard, she was seized for an infraction analogous to the crime of attempted qualified homicide and awaits the decision of the prosecutor about her possible hospitalization. The Civil Police are still investigating the case.
