A magnitude 5.5 earthquake struck near the coastal city of Coquimbo Chile in the early hours of Sunday, according to the Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Center.
Its focus earthquake it is located in the sea area 51 kilometers northwest of Coquimbo and the focal depth is estimated at 73 kilometers.
