A woman from California of USA went up to Tanzania where her lover of 30 years lived age difference and they were married, with the pair of to now live happily in the African country, ignoring the indiscriminate comments.
According to mirror.co.ukthe 60-year-old Deborah Babu in October 2017 she went with her 30-year-old daughter to Tanzania for vacation. During a walk on a beach in Zanzibar, they met two Maasai menone of which was named Saitoty and offered them souvenirs.
The 60-year-old immediately noticed the 30-year-younger man and may have refused his gifts, but asked to take a commemorative photo. They have since exchanged phone numbers and they started communicating both with calls and messages, something that it was done at Saitoty’s prompting.
But these are not the only difficulties they have to face, since they are often the target of negative criticism. “People say some horrible things, while some ask if I am his grandmotherDeborah said, adding that “as Saitoty told me when he convinced me to marry him, age is just a number.”
